In principle, enterprises above designated size with a total score ranking of 65-95% (inclusive) and enterprises below designated size with a total score ranking of 30-95% (inclusive) within the industry.
Class D is for bankruptcy rectification. It refers to enterprises with poor comprehensive benefits that need to be closed down for rectification. All evaluated enterprises except for categories A, B, and C are included in the evaluation process.
What are the differences between the four types of enterprises, ABCD?
According to the principle of "priority protection for A-class enterprises, active support for B-class enterprises, relative control for C-class enterprises, and strict restrictions for D-class enterprises", the implementation opinions have set differentiated policies in six aspects: energy use, land use, water use, pollution discharge, financing, and awards and evaluations.
